Do you ship to Germany, the Netherlands or other EU countries?
Yes, we ship insured parcels across Europe. Contact us on WhatsApp (+90 545 376 44 96) with the model you like.
Can I collect a Western Union transfer at your store?
Yes, at our Gaziantep branch, which is a Western Union, MoneyGram and Ria agent (not the Cizre store). Bring a valid ID and the tracking number during opening hours.
When are you open?
Monday to Saturday 09:00–18:00 (Turkey time), closed on Sundays. On public holidays please call before you come.
Do you buy scrap gold and gold coins?
Yes. Bangles, coins (quarter, half, full, Ata), gram gold and scrap gold are weighed in front of you and valued at the current buying price.
How do I find out the price of a piece?
Send us a photo or the link from our collection on WhatsApp (+90 545 376 44 96) and we will tell you the weight and price.
